M101 Aston Martin DB5 Secret Agent Ejector Car James Bond 007 DB5, remote control.
M101 Remote Control, Aston Martin DB5 Secret Ejector Car from the James Bond 007 Goldfinger and Thunderball films, not mentioned as such due to the maker not having a licence to make James Bond related toys, unlike Gilbert Toys who made a similar non remote control version which is a lot easier to find. Made In Japan circa 1965, the manufacturer is not known to me, although Bandai has been mentioned. This particular box is marked Durham Industries, 200 Fifth Avenue, New York, another I have is simply marked 'United' Made in Japan. Both are believed to be distributors putting their name on the box. Remote control with 3 'D' cell batteries, mystery bump and go action, firing machines guns and rams extending from front bumper, rear bullet screen rising up and down at rear and baddie passenger ejected though sunroof by pressing a button on remote control. My favourite James Bond toy car.
